   There's been a lot of hype about IGF-1 lately. GH and IGF-1 have been Muscle Valley's focus since 1997 when I developed and started distributing the first bonafide GH formula. Depending on how old you are, you may have read articles in the old Muscle Media magazine or Pump magazine about the exciting new technology I had just developed...the first of it's kind. 
   To get IGF-1 naturally, you have to start with GH as GH signals the liver to make IGF-1. The more GH...the more IGF-1. That's the way it works. Of course, you can take deer antler velvet, or other sources of straight IGF-1, but you'd be missing out on some of the benefits of GH.
