How can XGF-1 help sports performance and bodybuilding?

A hard working athlete can actually out-train his or her body's ability to keep up,
that is, the ability to produce enough of the various hormones and biochemicals
necessary to recover and then become stronger from all the strenuous training.
That's exactly when XGF-1 kicks in, to make sure the body is keeping up. An
athlete who chooses to take performance enhancing drugs, is doing so for this
precise reason. The difference between the two is this, XGF-1 strengthens and
enhances the body's natural processes while drugs bypass them, which actually
weakens the natural processes.

Growth hormone is an essential component of the strength building process.
Increasing growth hormone automatically increases a substance called insulin-like
growth factor-1 (or IGF-1 for short). There is a direct correlation between these two
naturally produced substances. In fact, in most instances, growth hormone levels
are not measured directly, but are measured instead by the amount of IGF-1 in the
blood because IGF-1 is the medically accepted marker for GH levels.

IGF-1 is important because it works in conjunction with testosterone to build new
muscle. If, while training, an athlete reaches the point at which the body cannot
produce anymore IGF-1, then gains from all that extra hard work will be minimal.
But, if the body can be tweaked to produce the extra IGF-1 that's needed, even if
it's only 10% more, then gains will result. It's as simple as that.

This is the exact reason illegal steroids and growth hormone shots are taken by
many athletes. However much work those athletes put into training, the hormones
will be there to completely recover and rebuild, but, as we all know, serious side-
effects can result. XGF-1 can help accomplish this safely and naturally by
helping the body produce its own hormones in higher levels. IGF-1 and
testosterone are the substances that orchestrate the process of manufacturing
protein into new muscle tissue. They are protein metabolites. By naturally
increasing the body's ability to produce IGF-1, the body responds in a positive way.

When the demand is higher than the supply, XGF-1 will help take up the slack
by furnishing the nutrients the body needs to produce more IGF-1.
