Xgf-1 is excellent for anyone over 50 who is having a hard time building new muscle.
Why is it so hard to build muscle after 50?
The trouble is IGF-1 levels start dropping after 20 yrs old so by 50 we might have as little as 1/4 of what we had at 25 and it keeps on dropping as we get older. This is the main reason it becomes so hard, or even impossible, to add new muscle after 50. You can't do it without IGF-1.
